These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the authority operating the vaggo platform ("vaggo", "we", "us") and each person using the platform ("user", "you", "your"). 02. Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Registration Eligibility
To open an account on vaggo, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must provide accurate and truthful personal information.
- You must not have any existing active or banned account on vaggo in your name.
- You are opening the account for yourself, not on behalf of another person.
- You are using the platform voluntarily and exercising your own judgement.
2.2 One Account per Person
Only one vaggo account is permitted per person, household, device, IP address or payment method. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being closed and any earned bonuses being cancelled.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. vaggo may request supporting documents for identity verification at any time. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure and deposited funds may be forfeited.

03. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
3.1 Deposit Rules
vaggo currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay in crediting for any reason, please contact the support team.
By depositing funds into the account, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source. vaggo is always vigilant in preventing money laundering and reserves the right to notify law enforcement agencies in the case of suspicious transactions.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Avoid submitting multiple withdrawal requests at the same time.
- Completing KYC verification may be mandatory before making a withdrawal.
- Wagering conditions must be met to withdraw bonus funds.

3.3 Currency and Conversion
vaggo processes transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). For transactions in a different currency, the applicable exchange rate will apply and additional charges may be levied.
04. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
vaggo offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to receive this bonus. To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 20 times the total bonus amount must be fulfilled.
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus has a specific validity period. Unused bonuses will be cancelled once the period expires.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred to another user.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated otherwise.
- vaggo reserves the right to cancel a bonus after investigation if fraudulent use of the bonus is suspected.
- Some games do not contribute to wagering requirements or contribute at a reduced rate.
4.3 VIP Cashback Program
vaggo's VIP program has four tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:
Bronze
Up to 0.3% cashback per week. The start of the VIP journey.
Silver
Up to 0.6% cashback per week. For regular players.
Gold
Up to 0.9% cashback per week. Special benefits and priority support.
Platinum
Up to 1.2% cashback per week. The highest tier of benefits and personalised service.
Progressing through VIP tiers is an ongoing process — tiers are determined based on regular activity and loyalty. Cashback is credited to the account at a set time each week.
05. Gaming Rules and Fair Play
5.1 General Gaming Policy
All games on the vaggo platform are operated in a fair and transparent manner. We work with reputable game providers to ensure fair play — including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming and others.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vaggo platform:
- Use of any software bots, scripts or automated methods.

- Deliberately exploiting any technical error or bug on the platform.

5.3 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or technical reasons, vaggo will make every effort to restore the game to its previous state. However, vaggo bears limited liability for losses caused by technical errors.
06. Account Suspension and Closure
6.1 Closure at User's Request
You may at any time request permanent or temporary closure of your account via live chat or email. A self-exclusion option is also available under the responsible gaming policy.
6.2 Suspension or Closure by vaggo
vaggo may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Providing false or incomplete registration information.
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity.

6.3 Balance after Account Closure
If an account is closed for a compliant reason, the balance will be returned through the standard withdrawal process. However, if the account is closed due to a breach of the Terms, the balance may be forfeited.

The name "vaggo", its logo and domain are registered trademarks of vaggo. Using them without permission may result in legal action.
08. Limitation of Liability
vaggo makes every effort to keep its platform uninterrupted and error-free. However, vaggo is not liable for the following:
- Losses caused by internet connection issues or disruptions to third-party services.
- Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a user's account (where caused by the user's own negligence).
- Uncertainty in game outcomes due to unexpected technical errors.
- Service disruptions resulting from government policy or legal changes.
In no circumstances will vaggo's total liability exceed the user's net deposit amount over the preceding 30 days.
